In Arizona, you can report to the Department of Child Safety (DCS) by calling the Statewide Toll-Free Child Abuse Hotline at 1-888-767-2445, (1-888-SOS-CHILD), or 1-800-530-1831 (TDD).
In Arizona, you can report abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an adult by using the Adult Protective Services (APS) online reporting system 24-hours a day, seven days a week. https://azdes-daas-online.secure.force.com/APS
A report can also be made to the Adult Protective Services (APS) by calling
